A dust bowl farm boy turned entrepreneur, Joffre started his career in Fort St. John in production chemicals after graduating from SAIT in Petroleum Engineering Technology and Power Engineering.  After 6 years in the chemical business he started Stimulate Well Optimization in 2007 and has been growing this business and other businesses ever since. Fort St. John has been his home since 2000.  Joffre has a passion for building solutions through creativity and innovation.

Greg has over 10 years of experience in the energy sector, bringing a strong technical foundation in water treatment and produced water management. He earned his undergraduate degree in chemistry from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and went on to complete a master’s degree in chemical engineering at Northwestern University. Greg began his career with the Production Engineering team and later transitioned to the Reservoir Engineering team at Pacific Canbriam Energy, where he supported water treatment, disposal well monitoring, and chemical compatibility initiatives. He later moved to the service sector, holding technical roles with Aureus Energy and Fraction Energy, before joining Stimulate Energy Services as Vice President of Technical Services.

Sean Patterson brings a strong, hands-on background in project execution, built through broad experience across oil and gas operations, municipal water projects, pump systems, and water treatment. As Director of Operations at Stimulate Energy Services, Sean combines practical field knowledge with focused leadership to deliver reliable, effective solutions. Since joining the company in 2021, he has played a key role in supporting company growth while upholding high QA/QC standards. Known for his steady, thoughtful approach, Sean continues to build strong, trusted relationships with clients by ensuring every project is executed with care, clarity, and accountability.

Jared Berry has called the Peace Region home for the past 18 years, a place he quickly grew to love and never left. An avid outdoorsman, Jared spends much of his time enjoying the natural surroundings with his family, often hunting and fishing whenever he can. With nearly two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, Jared has built a diverse and well-rounded career. He has held key roles including Operations Manager with Fraction Energy and a position in Business Development with Wolseley Industrial. Most recently, Jared has continued to expand his expertise with Stimulate Energy, bringing a strong combination of field knowledge, leadership, and a commitment to safety culture to his work.

Frank’s background spans 32 Years of Emergency Response/ HSE Management as a Volunteer Firefighter, Highway rescue technician, Industrial Firefighter, special constable and HSE management in various high-profile industries, from Hydro Electricity, Aluminum smelting, Pulp and Paper, OSB, and the Oil and Gas industries. A self-motivated leader, and team player serves well with our clients and our workforce. His continued “Open Door” approach is non negotiable and always at the forefront of his approach to HSE management. Frank started with Fraction in 2014, as HSE Manager in Grande Prairie before accepting a position of HSE Coordinator with Canfor Pulp. Frank returned to the GES team in 2021 held the role of HSE manager for five years, and has transitioned to become HSE Manger Stimulate Energy Services in January.
