Zero Atmosphere (ZA) Vessels
Our continuous treatment approach combines proprietary chemical and mechanical processes to fully eliminate H₂S in flowback and produced water. The three-stage process — mechanical agitation, gas stripping, and chemical polishing — reduces overall chemical requirements while ensuring complete removal.
ZA vessels service any operation with potential sour fluid — coil milling, snubbing ops, well stimulations, and flowback treatment and reuse. Gas stripping and chemical injection can be combined to achieve complete H₂S removal even at high concentrations.
Dry Bed Media Systems
Iron oxide and iron hydroxide granular media installed in sweetening towers provide permanent H₂S removal from gas streams. Sour gas enters at the bottom and flows upward through the media bed, where H₂S is converted into stable iron pyrite.
No chemicals to manage, no continuous injection systems, and no regeneration required. Simply replace the media bed when spent. Ideal for remote locations and operations requiring minimal maintenance.
Liquid scavengers are also available for vapor-phase H₂S removal with targeted mercaptan reduction.
