Operating in Northeast BC and Northwest Alberta means working with high-pressure wells, sour gas, extreme cold, and remote locations. Our Health, Safety, Environment & Regulatory (HSER) program is built around that reality — integrating safety into every stage of every project, from initial site assessment through to demobilization.
Safety is more than policies and statistics — it's a mindset that shapes every decision we make. We cultivate a culture where every voice matters and everyone contributes to continuous improvement, from management to field staff to the contractors working alongside us. Our Joint Occupational Health and Safety program spans every region we operate in, ensuring consistent standards no matter the job site.
We do it safely, or we don't do it at all. At the end of every shift, what matters most is that everyone goes home.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
Detailed field tickets, hazard assessments, inspections, and incident reports create a clear paper trail that lets us identify weaknesses, track trends, and drive meaningful improvements across every operation.
Training & Mentoring
H₂S Alive, TDG, First Aid, WHMIS, and field-specific certifications are maintained across all crews. New team members are paired with experienced operators for hands-on mentorship.
Environmental Responsibility
Secondary containment, spill prevention, and waste tracking on every site. Full compliance with BCER, AER, and federal environmental regulations.
