H₂S Removal

Our Zero Atmosphere vessels use mechanical agitation, nitrogen stripping, and chemical polishing to fully eliminate hydrogen sulfide from flowback and produced water. Two-stage treatment takes concentrations from 4%+ down to 0.0% — safely and efficiently.

Bacteria Control

Sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) and acid-producing bacteria (APB) cause reservoir souring, corrosion, and plugging. We deploy targeted biocide programs backed by ATP testing to monitor and control bacterial populations throughout the treatment cycle.

Dissolved Solids Removal

Barium, sulphate, iron, and other dissolved solids cause scaling and plugging downhole. Our precipitation and removal processes target these contaminants to protect wellbore integrity and maintain injection rates.

Dissolved Air Flotation

DAF systems inject micro-bubbles into the water stream, floating suspended oils, solids, and emulsions to the surface for efficient separation and skimming. Ideal for treating high-volume flowback with elevated hydrocarbon content.

TSS Removal

Total suspended solids are managed through coagulation, flocculation, and settling processes. We dial in chemistry and retention times to meet your target specifications — whether for reuse, reinjection, or disposal.

Filtering & Cooling

Multi-stage filtration and cooling systems reduce temperature and particle loads before fluid is reused or transferred to disposal. We size and configure filter trains to match your flow rates and water quality targets.
